In the fifth part of the Grenton Academy, we show how to start working and configure the Smart Home system. We present the Discovery function, which allows us to find all Grenton modules, address them and prepare them for configuration with one click. We discuss methods of creating scripts, virtual objects such as a timer, calendar, schedule, or thermostat.

Grenton Academy - Part 6. Smart Home System Configuration - Lighting.

In the sixth part of the Grenton Academy, on the example of lighting configuration, we discuss the principles of creating links between inputs and outputs in the Smart Home system. We present a simple on/off lamp configuration, dimmable lamp configuration, and colorful RGBW LED. We show how to create LUA scripts, use the graphic tool Script Builder and configure simple scenes, e.g. Exit from home.

In the seventh part of the Grenton Academy, we discuss how to create interfaces for myGrenton - the smart home control application for smartphones and tablets. We present how to easily prepare a customized configuration, how to run remote access through the cloud, or configure PUSH notifications.

In the eighth part of the Grenton Academy, we discuss how to configure heating in the smart home. We show the differences in traditional CO and manageable installation. We discuss how to control the temperature in each room using virtual thermostats, how to use these thermostats in myGrenton mobile application and on Smart Panels.
